Graduated from the University of Nottingham with a degree in Law LLB (Hons) in 1994.

Over 10 years experience in the management of commercial liability claims with particular emphasis on Professional Indemnity, Financial Institutions and Directors and Officers issues.
Acted as referral point and auditor for all significant and large claims emanating from a network of underwriting offices across the UK specialising in Professional Indemnity and General Liability business.
Experienced in managing both inwards and outwards reinsurance claims and notifications at large Lloyd’s syndicate.
Responsible for overseeing and managing pertinent litigated claims arising from a large Australian binding authority written out of the Lloyd’s market.
Significant international experience having managed cross jurisdictional claims between the UK, North America and Australia.
Unique insight into Plaintiff tactics having managed litigation for a commercial litigation funder in Sydney for 3 years.
Experienced in run-off claims management in both Australia and UK.
Proponent of alternative dispute resolution especially mediation and direct open negotiation.
Set up DCS Asia Pacific Pty Limited in 2005 to provide specialised technical services for both London market and Australian domiciled insurers.
