Bespoke IT System

We appreciate that clients entering into a delegated arrangement have less involvement in direct claims handling and will therefore expect detailed statistical information about the progress of their account.

In recognition of this we have developed a versatile, bespoke computer system that records, in detail, all relevant information regarding the current status and history of a given claim.

This data is provided to clients in a comprehensive monthly bordereau which is emailed in Microsoft Excel format and according to the specific requirements of each client.

Bespoke Client Extranet

Information on the performance of any individual claim or on the portfolio as a whole can be accessed at any time via our secure Client Extranet. This provides clients with the ability to access real time data for statistical and renewal purposes.

The system can also be automated to email reports to specified people according to particular triggers according to any reference kept in the system - for instance on the basis of new notifications, reserves, maximum potential loss or particular loss codes.

Our system also facilitates restricted access to reports and data for nominated third parties. For instance, brokers can be provided with limited access to claims data in order to keep appraised of the up to date position. This facility is also ideal for scheme business as nominated third parties such as the scheme administrator can view reports and data.

Overall the system is designed to provide clients with immediate access to a level of data that has traditionally only been possible with an in-house claims department.
